Litho Printing

Litho printing is achieved through the use of water and inks on printing plates, and allows for the printing of long runs of industrial manufacturing. This system also allows customers to choose their own patterns and designs to print.
Colours can be added onto and over and above the standard CMYK 4 colours due to Davepac’s 5 colour litho printing machines.

The reason that litho printing is so poular is that this is the most cost effective printing process for large print runs. The more you order, the cheaper it gets. Litho printing also allows for more paper stock flexibility, in terms of sizes and textures that we can print.  Image quality is outstanding.
